Withdrawing from the purchase

You can withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason within 30 days of receiving the goods.

Faulty goods and warranty

A return and a complaint are two different things. You can notify us of a defect that appears within 2 years of receipt — that is your statutory right. On top of it we grant a voluntary 5-year guarantee of quality covering manufacturing defects and material failures, which never limits your statutory rights.
