Warranty

Every RYZVOX product is covered for five years from the day you buy it, against defects in material and workmanship. That includes welded seams, where most brands drop to two years.

This is a commercial guarantee we give on top of your statutory rights. Under EU law you have at least two years from delivery, and nothing on this page reduces that.

What is covered

  • Zips and buckles that fail or jam
  • Seams and welds that open
  • Hardware defects, including hooks, adjusters and cord locks
  • Fabric and coating defects, such as delamination
  • Hook-and-loop that stops holding

If one part has failed early and the rest of the product is in good shape, that is exactly what this is for. We replace it.

What is not covered

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Crash damage, impact and abrasion from an accident
  • Misuse, neglect, or loads beyond what the product is built for
  • Cosmetic marks, scuffs and fading, including from sunlight
  • Modifications made to the product after purchase
  • Loss and theft

Who is covered

The warranty applies to the original purchaser. Keep your order number, that is all we need to look you up.

How to make a claim

  1. Email info@ryzvox.com with your order number, a short description of what happened, and photos of the problem.
  2. We come back to you within three working days and tell you where to send the item.
  3. Send the item clean. We cannot assess gear that arrives caked in mud.

Please do not send anything back before you hear from us. We need to know it is coming, and to which address.

We replace, we do not repair

Under this guarantee we do not patch things up. If a covered defect turns up, you get a replacement. Where the same product is no longer available, we offer the closest equivalent or refund you.

Your statutory rights

If you are buying as a consumer in the European Union, you have a statutory guarantee of at least two years from delivery under Directive (EU) 2019/771. Those rights include the choice between repair and replacement, and they are unaffected by this page. This five-year warranty runs alongside them, it does not replace them and it does not limit them.
